I would love to see the rose that grows in Germany and is 1,000 years old. I grow an iris in my garden that is a beautiful light, sandy brown with dark brown veins. It is very unusual. The original bulb, which my mother has in her garden, is 98 years old. Interesting how plants can continue to flourish after hundreds of years. Thanks for the interesting facts.
